| I'm not gonna be spending my birthday with my family. Instead, my mother has allowed me to go on a trip with a friend of mine, her mother, and her sister to go horseback riding in New York. This means a weekend with one of my closest friends, none of my mother's ranting, and horses! Truly an awesome gift. Now then, with that shameless idiocy out of the way, here's the real question: What was the best birthday YOU ever had? Anything interesting that happened, cool gifts, seeing an old friend for the first time in years... Inquiring minds want to know! |

| I did the exact same thing last month for mine. Great isn't it? And probably my last one ranks up there quite a ways...most of the one that were any good were when I was like...5 or 6...and after there the trend started to die for everyone for some reason. |

| My birthdays were big deals... hm... up until I was 13-14, I'd guess. We still had the family gathering for a few years after that but there were no parties or anything of the such. We still do a little something, actually. |

I haven't had any parties since I was nine or ten, and I haven't really done much on my birthday since then. So my best birthday would probably be when I was younger. Eating tons of food and playing lame kid games  Good times. |

| My favorite birthday was when I turned 11 and had a roller rink party. The place was reserved and about 15 of us had a blast having skating races. And the disco ball lights and music is the best part. Of course it was mainly dance music like C+ C Music Factory that was played, but I loved it at the time. Have a fun trip. |

I haven't had a party in awhile. I liked the big bbq and family/friend birthday parties I had. A good one was one that I had when I turned 9 or somethng and it was a huge slumber party. It was kinda hard in the morning making breakfast because there was so many people my parents said they'd never do it again but it was fun. We had dancing contests (even though I can't dance) and lotsa food. I got lotsa presents too  . Since then all I've had is just an outing with friends to the mall, movies, or something like that. At least with big parties you got some presents. |

A few old friends of mine are over here (Haven't seen those guys in a long time.), I've gotten a lot of hugs, presents and money from my family and friends, my aunts, uncles and cousins from Romania are here (Haven't gotten to see them much either.), and for a this one's my biggest yet! | The best birthday I had was when I was a child. I got a Godzilla movie when I was five. Now that was uber cool. After I learned how to talk and walk it all went down-hill. I never really had a 'great' birthday. The last 5 have been so pathetic I almost cried. This year on my 18th birthday, I expect my dad's side of the family to go all out. They better. | Well, I hope my birthday this sunday(sept. 12) will be memorable. The only other birthday that I can think of that was really something was my 8th birthday; when I got my own bike. I really don't enjoy gifts that can just be kept as memories later on in my life. I hope my family surprises me good enough. You see, this year, I told them to get me something WITHOUT me knowing, instead of me telling them what to get. I don't think I want a game this year, cuz the only games I want right now are on PC, and I need it FRICKING UPGRADED first. I think I should get a job first for that and for the games. It disappoints me how every time my mother tries to give me a better birthday party than the year before, she fails spectacularly.  It's gotten to where I'm going to ask her not to have a 17th or 18th birthday party for me... honestly, I expected the 16th to go well. Instead, I ended up even more agitated, angry, frustrated, and depressed than on a normal day.  Mostly the last two, really. The first two were because of two cousins I had to put up with for THREE DAMN DAYS! One of them was 12 or 13, so she wasn't so bad, but the other one was 10... and unbelievably annoying.
