See I told you about the twelve hurricanes issue. Almost half of them has or is making it's way over to the states. Also, it seems that Ivan came back yet again but is only a tropical storm though.

More like how many are going to hit Florida.

You have to be kidding me!!?

Jeanne came out of nowhere and now as of this morning, we're in a hurricane watch.

I can't afford to lose any more days of work if this watch goes into a warning.

This would make it hurricane number four to it us within a month and a half now.

Urg...and I'm so tired of following these storms, I found myself not caring about this storm.

Urg....just great...

Its so funny..cause they posted the warnings too late again cause they thought that Jeanne wouldn't hit here. Sucks to be them, I've been ready.

They still think it'll just go along with coast and out to sea.

Dumb asses.

Well that's good to hear that you missed Jeanne when coming back from where ever you went to in the first place. *shrugs*

Something I just realized aside from the fact that there's a full moon hiding behind all those clouds.... Hurricanes are kinda boring. When Sion and his brother were with me during Frances, we were having lots of fun, despite being couped up in the house.

Now, all I've got is just this laptop to myself, headphones on my ears due to the fact that I heard spring coil noises from above my room, and a severe head cold that makes me want to install a faucet to the side of my head so that I can drain all the snot.

I'd do some gaming, but thanks to my cold and thanks to the fact that my job was swamped, I'm too sore to be moving my hands in a gamely manner.

Edit: Bah... I've got no power now. I'm stuck dealing with dialup and using my car as my laptop's charger. Atleast I've gotten some good Pokemon gaming in.... *sighs* The hurricane's kinda still in my area, so I shouldn't start expecting power until like... tomorrow. Hey, Anya.. where ye be?

Edit at 09-26-04 11:00 PM : Gah... I just realized why I'm so fond of the air conditioner. The humidity is taking its toll on my beautiful pictures that Nakase drew for me. Man... I hope I can get into work tomorrow... This is sure boring ... Maybe I can take Nakase's hours since her road's been closed....

Geez those hurricanes are sure getting out of hand already...doesnt it make you wish you could just punch a hurricane in its face?

The hurricane we were in sure was "fun", but that most likely due to the fact that we lost power for like what? 3 maybe 5 seconds?

It was fun because we freakin' played Halo through the night and just did our own gaming thing the day after

*sighs* I should start looking for some real estate away from America's wang.

*waves* Kirby, I am fine, so no worried. I've been hiding in my journal and RL for a bit; still am actually...but anyway...

I was surprised, actually, I was like 10 minutes from Deerfield Beach, and they were showing pictures of damage and shit like that, but we really didn't get anything that major.

Glad to hear that you are alright as well.

Oh, if I can remember this quote Chris said about the hurricanes...*thinks*... Oh.. "All the chicks are hot for America's wang" or something like that. It was funnier when said. Cause all four hurricanes were female...wait, save for Ivan, BAH!!!, nevermind.

August: Alex (category 3), Bonnie, Charley (category 4), Danielle (category 2/fish), Earl, Frances (category 4), Gaston, and Hermine

September: Ivan (category 5), Jeanne (category 3/killed 2000+ in Haiti), Karl (category 4/fish) and Lisa.

Names to be retired: Charley, Frances, Ivan, and Jeanne

We still have October and November before this season is over. I sure hope that Florida doesn't get another hurricane this season.

PS: I know a lot about the weather. The term "fish" is when a tropical cyclone never makes landfall.

I've noticed that Florida likes to retire storms. I believe Andrew from 1992 is retired as well.

For how long can a hurricane last? I noticed that you mentioned that Andrew is retired...

What do you mean with that?

Retired means they no longer use the name when naming hurricanes.
