Just figured that the shipping is included in the prices they display I should be ordering mine before the end of the year.

They're top quality, I played on a couple last weekend. The build is sturdy and of high quality. The bar is very stable. The only difference is the difference in height from the ground. With this one, you end up falling off the arcade mats when you go back to playing DDR in the arcade

well horry shit.

That's probably cheaper than going to e-bay (for two pads). The best price I've seen there is 259.99 or so, and that's with $99 shipping. And considering that you might not win the auction, you'd have to buy it for around $269.99. Hence you save like sixty to seventy dollars on two pads.

wait....

You have items in your cart that can not be mixed with other products. Also please note that those items may only be delivered within the European Union. Please remove the items accordingly and put them into a seperate order if appropriate.

d'oh . Can't buy em'. (edit: not that I have that much money to blow atm) Gotta move to Europe I guess.

Still, that's not a bad price for a metal pad like that. At all. The ones I've seen are WAY more expensive...

Honestly, I'd suggest saving up for something like a Cobalt Flux. Before I'd known that arcade-like metal DDR pads are rather commonplace, I ordered a similar pad to that Play Asia one off eBay, and though it's decent, it's not as responsive as a Flux. Also, a screw got stuck in one of the foam pads underneath an arrow during assembly, and we didn't know about it until the arrow started to crack while Rando was dancing.

Cobalt Flux is what I'm saving up for

Well, actually, I have the money for the Doubles Set in my bank account right now, pending permission from my parents.

I know someone with a Cobalt Flux, and I've heared some great praise about it. The only reason I'm buying one of these is because I've seen the punnishment it took before it literally cracked.

It stood up to three days worth of continuous pounding, 12 hours straight every day. It only cracked when everyone was drunk enough to start freestyling.

They can be modified to be more resistant to stickiness, and they are easily maintained anyway. It's possible to order replacement arrows too. What's great as well is that they're one third the price. Shipping Cobalt Flux to the UK is obscenely expensive, and works out to be over
