I'm going to try and bring this back here since I don't think I've started one again yet -- and since it went through 3 rounds before on the old board.

For those of you who don't remember how the game went:

(1) I'm going to give 3 items. Your task is to come up with the common link for those items. The first one to respond with the correct response will receive one point. A new twist: Depending on how difficult the set is, I may decide to give out more points for it -- keep an eye out for that.

(2) During the course of the game, I will give periodical bonuses. At every 10th round, I will give clues for a Mystery Character/Person which will be worth 5 points on the first try. After every turn that the Mystery Character/Person is not correctly given, 1 point will be taken away from the bonus. But I will continue to give clues, even when the bonus gets down to one point. After every 20 rounds, a 3-point bonus question will be asked.

(3) The first person to 100 points wins. But, there's a twist -- if a person answers a certain amount of questions in a row, that person will receive smiley faces. These are good to add additional points to your score. You can use them anytime you want. If you answer 4 questions in a row, you get 1 smiley, 8 questions get 2 smilies, and 12 questions get 3 smilies. If you answer 20 in a row, you will receive 5 smilies!!

Okay, let's begin the game!!

SET #1: apples, blood, blushed face

Heh, NSNick, that's actually a good answer. However, not the one I was thinking of. Cervantes, I think the answer is a little less obvious than that.

Heh, maybe I should have raised the point value for this one -- it's stumping all of you guys. Kirby ATW, that's another good answer. Try again, people.
