Considering I see Red Bull here in little bottles with Turkish writing, I'm not touching those with a 20-foot pole.  Original Dew: Yummy.  No problems having this now and then.Code Red: Eh... it's OK. If someone had it at their house, I'd drink it. Not bad but there's better choices available if I want a fruity soft drink. No idea on anything else since those are the only two kinds of Dew we have. Maybe Baja Blast's in Canada at Taco Bell but we don't have those in Quebec so... |

| Colleen, Livewire is basically just orange soda. You're not missing anything special. I'll never understand why people freak out over it. UNLESS....they've never had orange soda to begin with. Then maybe I could understand.... Code Red makes me want to vomit.  (Somewhat serious. It turns my stomach a little bit. And I have a very strong stomach too.)But regular Mountain Dew = correct choice In the past 3-4 months though, I've maybe had 1 or 2 cans. What it was doing to my teeth was horrendous and luckily it was fixable by my dentist. (If you don't know, just dig up one of my old threads. Don't bump it though, it's old.) | I have yet to taste normal mountain dew, so all those different MD tastes don't really mean much to me . "Yeah but, Code Red, you know.. it's red and it tastes ------". Why can't they just name it what it's supposed to taste like Fanta Lemon, Orange, Exotic Fruits (favorably nicknamed Erotic Fruits for extra <3 at LANs) etc.. (Ok.. so Exotic Fruits isn't that nice a name.. but at least you aren't surprised with a really distinct taste of a certain fruit, and it tastes rather special.. and I'd say that's kinda exotic). |
