I had troubles sleeping with my last job (cuz it was a night time job), but now that it's back to a day job, everything is better. Wake up at 5:00am, start job at 6:00am.. come back at 3:30pm.. goto bed at about 10:00pm.. So I'd say my schedule is pretty OK for me. | |||

Ugh. Yeah, I have this problem too. I go to bed around midnight, is unable to fall asleep before 2 AM, wake up at 7 AM, fall asleep in class, is wide awake at work, go to bed at midnight, and is unable to fall alseep before 2 AM. I should try sleeping pills or something. Or do you just fall asleep more easily, but still stay sleepy when you wake up? |
