| I was just by reminded by that South Park epsiode where the kids burn down the school because they were smoking (because they had an anti-smoking assembly...and you know how those are like. It wasn't cool like anything Truth would do, it was just singing and rapping...), so the kids and parents blame it on the tobacco companies. Soon enough, Rob Reiner comes to town with his anti-smoking people, and they try to spread lies and even wanted to kill the star of an anti-smoking commercial (Cartman), to make it look like it happened for real. The kids went to the tobacco company, and the anti-smoking people claimed that the tobacco company had their hold on the kid....but the kids fess up though, and even called Rob Reiner names. The moral that was given had nothing to d with the subject, but this topic just reminded me of that episode. There's a bigger picture somewhere in there. |

| Personally, I think that picking up smoking is shooting yourself in the foot. (no pun intended) Its a disgusting habit to pick up in the first place... and I cant see how harming yourself can be enjoyable  . |

Eh I hate it. My dad does it, it makes me seem like the one that smokes when I go to school. People ask me "Do you smoke? Hell no! Leave me alone now." It gets annoying when people make comments. Keep them to yourself. Yeah it's school but they don't have to let the whole world know. I wish he'd quit the habit. People say when they walk into our house it just smells completely of smoke and the walls are yellow  . We're supposed to get them painted and he needs to stop. My mom wants him to so he won't screw them up again. Eh, I'd never do it. Two of my cousins picked it up. One of my other cousins say people with parents who smoke love the smell. When I learned more of what it can do to you it just made it worse for me because I try to stay away from it. One of my friends mom told me I'm likely to smoke because my dad does or something like that. I sure won't ever. |

| Eh, the regular cigerette smell is horrible. I hate it more. Some does smell okie, like I don't mind the smell but cigarette smoke..BLEH. Yeah, I have the trouble of identifying the smokeyness of my house but when I bring a pillow over to one of my friends house then yeah, I can smell it since nothing around me smells like smoke. Sad..I think my cat smells like smoke too. I'm sure he does. He smells strongly of smoke after my dad touches him |

Whoo, guess what, I can legally buy cigarettes today  I don't mind myself smoking, I've done a few times before. I don't like other assholes smoking in my face because they are hopelessly addicted to it, I''d rather they go someplace to smoke where they don't affect other peoples health at the same time. |

| You'd prolly think I smoke. I know I smell like one, that's why my dad should stop! I wanna smell like my shampoo at least a few days . It doesn't last very long. When I take a shower at night, by the next morning it's back. Unless I tie my hair up then it still kinda smells like shampoo since it's damp. Bleh, my dad smokes in the car. It sucks when it's raining  . Even when it's not when you're sitting behind him. |

| I started smoking yesterday, knowing full well how addictive nicotine is, though I'm just using that to strengthen my resolve. I've been addicted to things before, and I didn't like it all that much, so, yeah. They've clove cigs. Light, loosely packed, heavily filtered. And they taste *really* nice. I had 4 yesterday. I'll probably have a few today. And so on. Once the pack's done, I'm not buying a new pack for at least a week. Repeat as desired. Actually, I was watching my friend Brian... He's been smoking for a good long time, and I never really realized how often he did it until yesterday. I'd smoke one with him, and then he'd have one by himself, and then another, and then another, and then another, and then I'd smoke one with him... One of them lasted me hours, I kept putting it out and lighting it later. After this first pack is done, I'm gonna decide if this is actually something I want to get into or not. I had some breathing problems last night which were more than likely caused by allergies or marijuana (I had some HARSH shit last night), but I'm gonna be buying some allergy meds and not smoking pot for several days, and if it still keeps up, my first pack will be my last. | My mother smokes, and I have asthma. Y'know something? Having to ride down the road behind a diesel-powered van is a LOT worse than putting up with her smoking. Ugh, I hate diesel... Topic at hand, nope, I won't be smoking. Honestly, my family has enough health problems that I probably inherited. If I want my life to end early, I won't need the help probably. |

| Don't worry Chevyo, I KNOW for a fact something is going to kill me. Just not heart disease like I always figured. The doctor's were wrong, when I was a kid my heart wasn't that great. Now it is on par with most athletes. Which is crazy. It healed itself. But I do love the occasional Cuban cigar. There is nothing like dropping 20 dollars every six months (I put away a dollar a week for this  ) and getting a nice mid-range cigar. Just sit down and smoke the baby for the time... |

If smoking incurs to me to live on a breathing apparatus for the remainder of my life, not having two lungs, having my voice box removed, having bad breath, having bad teeth, incuring a number of diseases (this has been proven many times, and therefore indisputable), permanently having mucous flowing in my system, scrounging around for money instead of buying food (I'm amazed to see how many people do that). . .etcetera, etcetera. . .then I would rather have someone shoot me in the head this very moment. Saying that we all going to die anyway is just a hollow excuse. However, smoking is not exactly the worst thing you can do.  |
