This wasn't a picnic. It may seem like it was no big deal, but makilng the GFX look just right meant tweaking the tile definitions. It wasn't until just 30 minutes ago that I finished this. (*sigh*, 6:45 AM) I titled it Metroid Mutation because it fitted well with the global GFX changes made to the game. I have decided NOT to touch the sprite GFX, just to make it look more original to the unchanged rom.

You MAY use this hack to apply to your hacks, just patch the original with this IPS and start building your hack! Be sure to add KP9000 somewhere in the credits...

I will be building a hack off of this one, along with another person on the board. I think this new hack will rival Metroid M, in new features, GFX, and gameplay.
