| Hate to bump this thread which is a few months old but... Gate of darkness and lyra islands are 2 completely different hacks as for as i know. And Lyra islands is a group hack, the project manager is not Uchi (not from what i've heard) And also it's nice to know in these few months i've solved that problem which i posted about  |

| What an old thread indeed.. Simple put, as stated by Omega and Euclid, Gates of Darkness was long cancelled due to my interest in something totally different. The Lyra Islands project. This time I decided to show nothing before the release (Or not much at least..). The game hacked is still going to be Zelda 3. However, it will have completely new graphics as opposed to the simple hacks out there. And yes, this time, Lyra Islands is a group hack; meaning that I'm designing both overworlds/dungeons as well as a few other things, while ghillie is managing the whole project through ideas/story/the thinking part in other words. Music is also in the process of beeing changed, thus the game will be completely new in the end. Look for an official announcement later this year or beginning of next year. |

| Can we please bury this thread? I hate these 3 month old bumps that just clutter up stuff... for a min i thought somone had hacked my account cause i didnt remember posting... figures that it was 3 months old. BTW, it is not feasable to keep all pictures up due to bandwidth and space limits on the free hosting sites. |
