Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Arcade Game (TMNT2)
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Manhattan Project (TMNT3)
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Turtles in Time (TMNT4)

And I don't think I've played a Castlevania yet that I didn't like...

Lethal Enforcers is good as an arcade game, but it's definitely not my favorite out of all of those.

I acidently voted DDR when I definatly meant Goemon. This guy basicly described my feelings towards the series. I love the soundtrack (you mentioned Impact's theme, all the vocaled songs from the N64 game just own all ass), and the purposly cheesy dialogue and canned laughter just added the the simplistic wonder of that game.

DDR is probably going to get my vote on this one...but not by much...Castlevania, TMNT, and Contra are close seconds.

EDIT: And not to forget Gradius...
