BS Legend of Zelda 3: Ancient Stone Tablets is actually a Zelda game made by Nintendo. It was only released in Japan via download through Nintendo's Satellaview for the Super Famicom.

Hey, thats awesome. I wonder if it will ever be complete.

Is it a rom? cause if it is, maybe HM could be modified to work with it.

This is my first day on the message board, I'm not familiar with some of the abbreviations. What is HM and PMs? The game is presently available as four seperate roms but unfortunately has many problems which I mentioned earlier. Each Rom contains the overworld and 2 dungeons (week 1: dungeon 1 and 2, week 2: dungeon 3 and 4 and so on). Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past is my favorite game of all time and this is the direct follow up to it (it was actually released before Ocarina of Time) so I'm sure this will be a classic. If you know any rom hackers who might be able to help please inform them or if you could recommend anyone to me I would be very grateful. Any and all help in any form is greatly appreciated. Thanks again.

Your fellow Zelda fan,

HM = Hyrule Magic. Full-featured editor for the ROM for LttP (which is what you probably think it is). PM = private message. Should show up on the front page.

I'd be more than happy to help with translation.

Unfortunately I'm a mediocre hacker and probably won't be of much use to you in that field. ;

We can surely use your help with the translation! Just go to the link in the first post (http://bszelda.zeldalegends.net/bszelda.shtml) and check the latest news. There you can find David's e-mail, the one who is working on the translation (careful that you mail David, not Davogones). Just contact him and he will tell you what we need help with. Thanks!

I was asked by someone from that site...I forget who, to take a look at the sound. there was some weird voice thingy, that semmed to prevent me from uh....doing much of anything, to be exact :p all I could find was original zelda3 music though, so nothing new to be missed. But the voice thing still to this puzzles the living hell out of me.

[Agent Smith]Remember me?[/Agent Smith]

Say Majin Blue, is there anything you found while working on the game that may be of help to others? Something like that programming code or any other piece of info?

Omega45889 is right, the site was misteriously down for a short while yesterday, but it is working now.

Anyway, I ought to introduce myself. Some of you may recall my posts concerning a BS Zelda1 hack that changed the Magic Sword's appearance (which I made with the help of Dracul, you there old friend?), I am Duke Serkol, the webmaster of the BS Zelda Homepage and I'd like to voice my gratitude for everyone's interest in this forgotten small jewel of a game.

Oh Omega also suggested to use Hyrule Magic. I do not know if the editor would work on Kodai no Sekiban, perhaps someone who is skilled with it (maybe even its very programmers as I believe they occasionally post on this board) could look into it? I once considered using Hyrule Magic to change ALttP into KnS, but then realized there were many things that cannot be added with HM, such as weather changes, rental shops and so on.

The BS zelda 3 rom won't work with HM, since it seems the format of the rom is done a bit differently.

I SHOULD still have my notes saying where the original music and sample data was located within the new rom...not to fret, I'll come up with it shortly
