| The thead topic might be a bit misleading. I'm not sure if we're actually "suing" Paypal. Actually, I don't think that's the correct terminology at all. But I'm no legal expert. I doubt I'll get around to it, not like I'm missing out on much anyway. (Unless of course EVERYONE has that mentality and no one files a form. :LOL  |

| No, the point is that they settled the suit out of court. They were in a lawsuit, but no more. I'm not exactly sure what it's all about, because I filed under the Compensatory Fund (It basically said "If you do not have a problem with PayPal but would still like to file a claim, file here"). |

| I've seen a whole lot of complaints about paypal... For example whatreallyhappened.com, an anti-war website, got its paypal account shut down and locked with thousands of dollars on it on several occasions... I for one have been using paypal for a while, I've got the paypal mastercard, and I've had flawless service so far, whether I was receiving money or sending money... Count me out of that lawsuit ;p |
