You might want to put a note next to the "SMW Memory Map" link explaining that it's still under construction.

Also, there's that tool I wrote a while back for converting RGB colors to SNES colors:

Wow, that is useful! Can you make one that does the opposite, transforming RGB values to SNES colors? I find doing that more annoying than doing what this does.

It should be easy to right your own app that does that, if you know how to convert them by hand. I'm not entirely sure, but I'm willing to bet there's a document on conversion somewhere. Barring that, someone here should be able to help you.

Those can be found on ZD. Putting them here would be redundant, and I'd rather not direct link to their files.

Lunar Magic can do that for you -- just open up the level palette editor and use the color picker to choose your RGB value. Cursor over the new color and it should say the SNES color value in the information blurb on the right.

Concerning the SMW Memory map, I take it that these offests are for .ZST files? If not, where are they? They are obviously some sort of save state, or something like that.

They are SNES RAM addresses. Lunar Address can convert RAM addresses into ZSNES save state addresses; you can download it from FuSoYa's site.

Alright, I would post this in the LM Codes Documentary listed in BMF's post, but that'd be a stupendous bump. So, the newest LM secret found:
Open the 16x16 editor and press Ctrl+Alt+Shift+F1+N+O+Insert. Yes, all of those at once. You don't need to do it in order or all at the same time, but they need to all be down at once at some point. This will open the Import SNES Tile Map Screen to Current Map16 Page dialog (see this thread). Note: Many keyboards don't like this, and it's a real pain to do.

I still think there's more. I browsed around in it myself... "Create Filter to Remap Colors in Tile" and "Change Max 6x6 Area (in hex)" are some very interesting-looking dialogs...

Well HH, i'd suppose you'd know that the "Change max 6x6 area" dialog is accessible through the overworld editor, Overworld menu. It's to make more room for 6x6 event tiles in the designing of an overworld, in case you need them.
-and-
the Remap Color thing is accessible in the 8x8 editor, "Map Col." button. Mass-change the colors in a tile to another, i suppose you know?

What are the 6x6 event tiles? I saw that in the Overworld editor, but I never really figured out what it does.

6x6 tiles are, I'm pretty sure, used for those giant-event things [think Bowser's cave, the opening of the river, the giant hill thign in the intro world] ... I think

hehe

I used to have severe problems with 6x6 tiles. Everything looked glitched, and it messed up the gameplay and overworld movement. That's why I don't like overworld editing.

Yes, that's what it is (I just never knew the name for it). The "Change Max Event 6x6 Tile Area" window just changes how many of the Event Tiles use big Event Tiles, instead of smaller ones.

I have another one to possibly add to the list...

There's a "Block Tool Gone Missing" thread, with a fresh link to the block tool.
