Hey there. Nice to have the forum back, it looks like there are more options too.

Has anyone here played the game, Kirby's Dream Course?
It's a really fun game, I especially like trying to figure out how to get Hole in One's

I was just thinking, since in the game each hole has two versions of it.
(Different enemy placement, starting area.)

I was wondering if anyone would be interested in making an editor for the enemy placement, just that. Would it be difficult to make?
Though no one has to, just that it would be neat to make our own holes.

What do you guys think out of curiosity?

Well, I have played it, and like the game, but most of us are busy with other hacks/editors, so we can't make one right now. However, if you know some hex editing, then surely you can find the enemy data yourself, no?

I've always thought an editor for a Kirby game would be a nice idea, I'd do it myself but I don't have nearly that much knowledge. =/

I wonder what numbers, in hex, repersent each enemy.
Though I played it alot I still don't know many of the enemy names. ><

Though I think the first one would probably be the kind of head that always spins around.

To find what enemies correspond to what numbers, run some cheat searches before and after you strike an enemy.

I would like to see an editor for this game as well... However, my rom must be corrupt, as it freezes at the end of world scorecard... I guess I'll DL a new one later...

If you're gonna do an enemy editor, you'll still need to draw the level to see where you're putting them. Then you may as well make a full level editor.

Good point. Just like Lunar Magic, Enemies are sprites while the level is like layer 1.

EDIT: Well I tried finding some enemy data, but no luck yet. Though I think that the spinning heads may be =01 but I'm not sure.
