| Hello all..i've lurked here for years(just now registered), coming back every once in awhile..anyway, About a year ago I remember a hack that hadnt been released, but some screens with a Chargin Chuck mini-boss with a life bar at the bottom..Did this ever get released? I just remember it looking very cool.. |

...but it, in fact, is a quite simple ASM hack. You have to do basically two things: (1) gather control over the charging chuck's hit count address (in RAM, look up the memory locations thread to find out where) and make a HP routine control it and (2) prevent him being killed immediately by shells or cape strikes. That's at least what I did  |

| One of the data threads (probably memory locations thread) has the area the status bar is held in. All that's needed is to pick a spot on there and modify it. Each individual aspect of the hack doesn't seem too hard; the impressive part, to me, is putting it all together. |

| That's a bit funnier. You have this question sign out of used blocks in the fake last level. Get the hidden feather from the question sign's inner (which is filled with black FG blocks) and fly through the false ceiling on the very left or right of the screen to reach another room, now featuring an exclamation sign out of brown blocks. It should be holding key and keyhole, leading you to a SMB2 retro level with BMF-blobs as enemies. | |||
