16x16 sprite GFX viewing: Open the 16x16 editor lunar magic level editing mode. Press Ctrl+Shift+Page Down. Scroll all the way down for sprite GFX data.

How do i save after I edit it? I tried F9, no use

darn, i was trying to put various graphics in place of the -Nintendo presents- graphics so i could use more guys in a level .

You mean have more spites? Like say you had the castle sprite set and you wanted to use a wiggler? If so this will not work. First of all the game will still count it as the nintendo presets and not as a wiggler. Second, you can't select the nintendo presets to be put in a level.You can however make a new ExGFX file and make new guys without overrighting that character throughout the game.

No no no.... I was going to make sprite's graphics, say wiggler, point to -Nintendo presents- and set ExGraphics to make -Nintendo presents- into a wiggler, using that space since it has no use during the game, besides intro. That way i could use an extra sprite that has correct grahpics all game.

I do it all the time and not once has it failed me. What version of LM are you using?
You know you are supposed to click on the 16x16 menu bar on top of the box and THEN press F9 right? Perhaps you could send me an ips patch of this hack of yours and I will gladly help you fix this problem...

He's talking about SPRITES, not general BLOCKS.

Sprites never worked, as far as I know.

Oh and I understand What you are trying to do and even if it was possible, you can't make sprites act like something so it would be just like having blocks look like a wiggler. They wouldn't move.

That space actually is used during the game, to hold Mario and Yoshi's current frame tiles.
