| Why don't you just use zbattlenet? That is essentially the same thing as 2-player, and I believe it should work over a homeLAN. (edited by Gb boy on 07-16-04 09:22 PM) |

| Uh yea...it's very possible...I remember doing as such back in '01 on a LAN. It was possible to do as such in the DOS versions before it was possible to do on the Internet. Think I was hooked up to a 1Mbps up/down LAN connection, so it definitely didn't have many problems (although it occasionally threw Mario Kart for a loop due to lag). You would just need the comp's IP that want to connect to and have the comp be the server. Should run just fine. |

| From experince it's easier to setup 2 player through LAN than over internet. Getting Zsnes to work over the internet when you have a LAN at home can be a pain. I hadn't got it to work with UDP. Which means I have to play it in the laggy way. ![]() |
