Height - 5'8-9" (I haven't measured myself in a while, but I'm tall)
Weight - 145 pounds

Build - For a woman, I'm muscular, and my bodyfat is definitely lower than average. I have a V-taper, some quad muscle definition, and a few visible forearm veins.

Average mile time - ~9:45 (at least that's what I did on Monday, and it seemed to require the standard amount of effort that I expend while running a mile)
Best/worst - no clue

As far as lifts go, I'm not quite 100% at the moment. I had a bunch of imbalances and owies that were the result of a crapton of deep muscle knots, and I've had to back off on intensity. I'm working my way back up to pushing my limit strength again, but I'm not anywhere near my max capacity right now, so I'll just list my records.

Best squat (narrow stance, butt to calves) - 140
Best deadlift (sumo stance) - 185
Best bench press - 105
Best chin-up ladder (read: multiple short sets) - 13

Currently, I can do a ladder of 7 chins, which really isn't bad for not being able to work hard at that exercise for about two months. (A lot of my chin-up progress came from simply practicing the exercise frequently without going to fKitten Yiffer, which improves your neural efficiency at said exercise.) My current squat and bench weights are pathetic, but like I said, I'm working up to being able to challenge myself again.

Body was intended for - Beats me. I personally train for all-around athleticism. My lifting routine is designed to increase strength, while I do cardio for both speed and endurance. Sometimes I jog and sometimes I sprint, but the sprinting actually does help with the endurance as well because it's great for improving VO2 max. My lower body isn't as flexible as I'd like it to be (I'm nowhere near able to do a split), but I stretch daily, so hopefully that will improve over time. I occasionally cut back on my food intake in order to lose some bodyfat, and I plan to add a couple of pounds of muscle later this year, which means the opposite - more food. w00t. I know what I like to eat, and I like a lot of it.

Favorite foods - Food from Mad Mex (a Mexican-ish restaurant) and Herwig's (an Austrian restaurant), pasta with pesto, eggs, cottage cheese, pancakes, vanilla/banana protein shakes, yogurt, Indian food, garlicky stir fry with lots of veggies, eggs, and tofu
Favorite food group - I don't really have one.

Nightmare - Not necessarily...I just have more lat and bicep strength relative to my bodyweight. I can "make muscles", but I normally just look like a person who's in good shape. I won't be winning Ms. Olympia anytime soon...

Hmm..I'm not muscular..but I've had PE for the past week and a half and I've been sore every day since it started. I haven't had any PE for about a year so yeah . I think I'm slim. Not too much fat but not too skinny either.

Average Mile Time: It was around 10 minutes a year ago..heh
Best Mile Time: 9:59, damn proud too! It's basically 10..but still..single digits! That was my best year of PE or term..
Worst Mile Time: Around 13 minutes, back in middle school I'd just walk a lot but then I worked it up. My worst recent on was 12:08 minutes considering I haven't ran it in a year

Most Pull-ups (8 ft): I can't do pull ups....or push ups. I do the girly ones XD I need to work on my arms.

As for squats and all that stuff..I just started doing that since we have weight training incorporated into our PE thingy. Summer school homie!

Physical Occupation (what your body is intended for): Nothingness..except for I used to ride my bike a lot but now that bikes kinda broken..and umm..I like to play some sports..sometimes. I want to try and play more tennis and softball, basketball. Other than that, I've been a lazy..lazy..person. I started doing more recently since umm..bathing suit! L.A. ! Come on now..
Favorite Foods: Pasta, Mac & Cheese, Fried Chicken (KFC , Churches, need to try Popeyes but the whole works with that. The mash potatoes and everything.), Spagetti's, PIZZA(sometimes). I don't take kindly to veggies except for corn and carrots, sometimes spinach dip (bomb diggity with the bread and the whole works). I want to try more Italian food but Mexican is good..some Chinese is okay..too many veggies ::shudders::

Rydain ya i know but if you ever do tell me...jk... sounds good though it's just really muscly women *shivers* kinda makes me think that they look to much like a fat man or a weight lefter or somethin, don't get me wrong i think keepin ur body in good shape is a great idea but not to take it over the top, and have buldingt biceps twice the size of ur head what are they trying to prove?

I gotz endurance tho! I can bench 60 lbs for 50 reps

best curl: no idea, only have so much weight. I do 50 reps with 12 pounds in each hand 12 times a day

best mile: 7:00 flat is about average, I was down to 6 once.

I am fairly well toned throughout cuz I did *and am starting up again* martiaol arts as well as two sets a day of leight wright lifting. chest presses, flys, pushups, situps., tricept-ups *damned if I know what they're called* and.. stuff. legs I only work out by running and stances.

gotz long hair that is brown, i mean Loooong.. liek past middle opf back. and briown eyes

and my tyoping is horrible atm for some unknown reason

Weight: Varies. I'm never the same weight for long. I'm always shifting between 115-130. I was 130 less than a week ago but now I'm 126 again so...

I'm skinny but slightly musclar. My legs are iron and I'm not to weak for size.

Average Mile Time: 5:00 (I can walk a mile in 10 minutes)
Best Mile Time: 4:12 (Running...)
Worst Mile Time: Dunno... It took me 7:45 to run a mile at 6AM after walking and jogging for 6 hours (and I woke up at 8AM the day before).

Most Pull-ups (8 ft): Never done any at 8 feet, but since I usually just bend my knees and do pull-ups on the bar in my closet.... 12 with out stopping
Average Pull-ups: 7

Squat: Never tried squats...
Benchpress: My max is 115lbs and I do reps at 80 pounds. I do for edurance not strength.
Dumbbells: 15Lb sitting. I use to jog with 5 pound dumbbells (5 pounds is shit I know, but after 30-45 minutes you start to notice it)

I jog/walk for 3 hours a day on average. So my legs are like iron, and I hear I have a nice butt alot

Pushups: I usually do about 50 push ups a morning, yeah its not much but after 50 I usually get bored of them and stuff... Most i have done at one time was 134.

I can play DDR for hours on end doing catas and 8 foot heavis (with the occasional 7 footer for a cool down) and still do well in each song (and yes, DDR does take quite a bit of physical ability at the higher stages of the game).

I have a gut which is where most of my weight resides. I have quite a bit of form in my arms and legs (my calves are friggin HUGE).
