How can you only squat 30lbs more than you bench, that just doesn't sound right. Have you tried more, or have you just not really pushed yourself. Anyways...

I've been playing basketball since 4 yrs old so I got a typical bball build. Strong legs, decently toned arms, could afford to lose some weight in the gut, but pretty much flat with no definition. Bench, about 200 for max, haven't lifted in 4 months. Squat 275lbs, calf raise 350lbs, curl 100lb bar/two 45lb dumbells. Also, since the first two of us play ball, lemme toss in a vert. 24 inches, trying to workout again for six more inches so I can really toss it down. Anyways, interesting topic.

Had some back problems in the past and I needed to lay off for a bit. I did do more than that before I pulled a few muscles...

5'11" (180 cm), 140 lb. (64 kg); fastest mile 5'23". No idea what my slowest mile is, but I once walked the whole 16th mile of a marathon and it took over 13 minutes. I've got strong legs but don't gain arm muscle at all despite playing baseball all the time and making hundreds of throws. I look more like your typical 10k runner. No idea how much I can lift.

Raven, running a 4:23 mile when you weigh 186 is impressive!

And Eviller Legion, gyoza are excellent! Not too sure about the health factor, though.

5'11. 174lbs. pretty muscular, almost four pack abs, kind of chubby. I only know haow much I can bench,and my max is about 225. I could do it about four times.

Exercise...who needs that well my body isnt in horrible condition, since I do get out every so often. For the most part im a lazy piece of crap. My favorite foods would be hot pockets,pizza,most kind of meats etc.

weight- 179lbs

build- biceps and triceps- above average, not huge I do weight training.
forearms- good enough.
torso- 6 pac suckers!
calf muscles- pretty hefty from soccer and kick boxing.

Had a recent a nickname coming from that very fast mile time, "Five-breaker".
Took baseball for 8 years, football for 4, ROTC for 2 and gradually improved my body. Speed and stamina are my high points.

Basically, my body is built to run long distances in short time, take a lot of hits, and kill people; a soldier's body. Which is a reason why I might wanna be a riot officer. I like to beat the crap outta people and I trained for this kind of work.

Build: fairly skinny, almost have a 6 pack Yay!!! small body larger legs and ok muslke in biceps from Swimming, Kick-boxing and my legs get trained from skateboarding.

Most of my musle comes from Swimming but i love doing kick-boxing as long as i don't spar with Tempest i'm ok cause he sounds like i would get my ass kicked by him,*cries* but anyway i love kick - boxing but hade to give it up cause when i moved towns the training place was to far from me so i hade to quit, i want to keep doing it so when i find somewhere i will start it again.

My best mile's probably about 9 minutes... I was never a good runner, but I could always stay in there longer than most other people.

The only somewhat impressive things I can do involve finger strength or endurance. I can do 4 pull-ups off of a 0.5cm edge (that's about 3/16"), and I can do a one-arm lockoff (that's hanging from one arm with a 90 degree bend in it) for about 20 seconds. Apart from that, I'm just your average somewhat athletic guy.
