| I'm going back to my roots and hacking SMB1. Why you may ask? because I haven't released a hack in like a year so I decided to start hacking something really easy and fun! The idea behind the game is an odd one... In the game you play as me, and Santa didn't give you your freakin' presents. It's up to you to storm his tropical hideout and get your freakin' presents! Now on with the screenies!    Ah... good ol' Camels make me feel a lot better.    Mutant Jellyfish turn into Toy Trains?!  Tremors?! And I don't even like Kevin Bacon... Nice screenies. I've always favored original SMB hacks, and I have a feeling I will enjoy playing yours. I saw the title screen in the thread about the SMB title screen editor. How did you get the palettes nice and neat like that? Half of my title screen is a completely different color than the other.  |

| It's probably from the clouds. I had the same problem with mine where when I made it any parts that were over cloud tiles it would have the cloud's pallete. I had to import two objects from 8-4 to use to get rid of the clouds on that first screen of 1-1 (edited by Dr. Mario on 07-12-04 11:10 PM) (edited by Dr. Mario on 07-13-04 12:17 AM) |
