| Off: Battle situations are dealt just like simbattles. In short, you can only attack and counter-attack once per post and no god-modding is allowed. ____________________________________________ Suddenly, the door was blasted open! Looks like Jim's question was anwsered! A gigantic angel passed the door. He was emmitting extremely intense light and yet... you could see into his eyes that he was cold and cruel. Sarah: "THAT's a Guardian!! Angelus: "DIE! THE GUARDIANS ARE THE ONLY GODS!" The angel unsheated it's sword and tried to split Sarah in two! ... but Sarah dodged the attack and shot a few non-elemental blasts at his side. Sarah: "QUICK! BLAST HIS WINGS!" |

| ???: Let's see. *ponders* There's the Hoolumbian, Woohoo Blend, Hoohoo Blend, and . . . What the? How dare you beat me to the answer, Ultimanium. A young teenage boy who was hard at work (or at least pretending to be) on his computer slumped back into his chair. He took off his glasses, wiped them clean, and pondered what he would do next to widdle away the time. The thought of checking his mail came to him when his mom asked him to check hers. He quickly typed in his adress and password, and his e-mail page soon popped up. He began to sort through his mail, getting rid of all the crap until he came upon something that caught his eye. ???: That's cooky. Never seen this adress before. Must be a letter from the Creative Writing club at school. Eh? Looks like a demand for new participants. Well, can't say I have nothing better to do. Let's spam the dorks. *hammers away* Input your name and gender: ???: Can't even say please, hmph. The boy looked at a ruffled mess next to his computer. After digging, through some of the pile, he spotted a worn out, lined sheet of paper with old math work on it. Also on the page, was a large doodle of his character, Teddylot. ???: Let's see. Name: Teddylot. Gender: Male. He hit enter and a new set of information popped up. Tell us your avatar's description. ???: Odd, never seen this happen before. Hmm, let's see. *looks back at the picture then types* He's a teddy bear. Short to human standards, around 2 ft. He has a big nose, big feet, and a big head. Chibi-like, I guess. He's also very skinny . . . The boy wanted to add something quirky that would make it seem like a joke besides the obvious teddy bear description. He looked at the top of the dogpile of papers, and noticed an essay on the gansters of the 1920s and 30s. ???: *types* . . . and likes to carry a tommy gun in a violin case-- Wait, *deletes the sentence* He's also very skinny and likes to carry a violin in a tommy gun case. The teen gave himself a pat on the back and thought that it was one of his greatest twists of normalcy he'd ever written. He hit send and relaxed back on his chair tilting it onto two of its four feet. Suddenly, the misterious hand popped out of the screen. The boy lost his balance and fell backwards with the chair. Before he plopped, however, the hand was able to pull his soul into the screen. Mom: *from the kitchen* Dearest? Have you checked my mail yet? |

| Teddylot appeared on the deck of the Lancer at the worst time possible. Dreickonis: "What the... a Hunter recruit? Here?" A random Guardian saw Teddylot and jumped toward him, trying to cut him in pieces using his sword! Random Guardian: "THE GUARDIANS ARE THE ONLY G..." Dreickonis, leader of the Guardians, blasted the Guardian into oblivion before he could even touch Teddylot. Dreickonis: "SHUT UP FOOL!" Dreickonis approached Teddylot and smiled... Dreickonis: "So... you are new around here, are you? I guess the Hunters already told you about that so-called duty to protect the pathetic mortals and keep the existance of all dimensions exept Reality secret, did they? Well, they are wrong. You are a god, just like I am. Why do we, all-powerful gods, should serve the mortals? Shouldn't it be the opposite? Join us! Join the ranks of the Guardians! Once the Hunters will be gone... we shall take over Reality too! Join us in our rise as the new rulers of the Universe!" |

| Teddylot was staggered by the unsuspected onslaught. He began to step away slowly with a dazed look on his face until the kindly, yet grim face of Dreikonis greeted him. Teddylot: I didn't read a thing. *looks around the room and begins to explore it* That sounds like a tough job, though. *crawls underneath a desk* I don't think I can do this god business anyway. *pops up from behind the evil dude and rests on the man's shoulder* Sounds like work. |

| Dreickonis smiled. While he was trying to look nice, he was looking like a smiling devil. Dreickonis: "Don't worry, being a god is not hard. You have been a god since your birth, you just never suspected it... being a god is not hard. All that you have to do is force the foolish mortals to serve and worship you as well as destroy Hunters when you meet them. Learning their true identity is a must since it gives you the opportunity to find their real bodies in Reality and murder them!" |

| Teddylot ducked behind Dreickonis and then reappeared from behind the desk. Teddylot: You know, being a god, for me, is pretty sacrilegious. The bear knew what was coming, so he took refuge on top of a nearby computer. Teddylot: Besides, you're sounding pretty psychotic with all that jabber of murder and such. Personally, that stuff gives me a wierd, tingly feeling in the back of my neck. You're a nut job, you know that. Teddylot reached into his pocket, pulled out two business cards and floated them down to Dreickonis's feet. Teddylot: One of them is a card to a psych my friend is going to. The other is an asylum. You should visit one, preferably the latter. |

| Dreickonis: "You are just like those stupid mortal-loving Hunters! You do not deserve to be a god! Now troops... GET HIM!" The Guardians took their swords and guns and aimed at Teddylot... Guardians: "THE GUARDIANS ARE THE ONLY GODS! DEATH TO THE HUNTERS!" The Guardians all used their weapons to try and destroy Teddylot's avatar! ... but someone grabbed Teddylot from behind and teleported him to safety (more exactely, on a nearby planet) before the attacks could actually hit him. The being who had teleported Teddylot was looking exactely like a terminator without skin. Terminotron: "Challenging Dreickonis isn't a good idea, soldier! You were lucky I was there to save you. I am Colonel Terminotron and you are..." |

| Teddylot: *looks up* You tend to misunderestimate smaller peoples, don't you muscle-bound? Teddylot disregarded everything else Terminotron said because the bear went on a rant on how he would take down every guardian in just a few simple moves. However, the soul inhabiting the avatar was a bit worried. He didn't know exactly what was going on and had just been playing along since he first entered the new world. Now, he wished that he had fully read the entire e-mail instead of rushing to conclusions. Of course, he would never let it show. Teddylot: And splat, every single one of those dumb uardians would've been half-eaten pancakes. |

| Excelsior still stood, watching the screens in the briefing room as the Guardians continued to swarm the ship. He clenched his fists, try to keep them from shaking as they quickly advanced onto every corridor that was visible to him. He whirled around as a series of bangs rang out from the door he had come through. "...grr..." Excelsior raised up his hand, morphing it into the arm cannon as he began to back away to the exit on the opposite side of the room. |

| The teddy bear grumbled, put his hands into his pockets and began to shuffle away from colonel what's-his-face. He stopped occasionally to tip over a small rock with his foot. He'd then usually follow it up with a classic remark such as . . . Teddylot: Nope, nobody under there. From what he could see, there was no other person in sight. The teddy bear eventually hit the low bar of boredom and plopped down on a stray log to play Fire Emblem on his Gameboy Advance. |

| The Guardians entered the Briefing Room! At that very exact moment, Excelsior received Zerodius's orders by telepathy... Zerodius *using telepathy*: "To all troops, evacuate the spaceship. In less than 5 minutes, the ship shall go into "compressed" mode... killing all those inside it so... evacuate or get crushed. I would give this order using the communication systems but... the Guardians broke the Main Computer. Anyway, all troops, meet me on the surface of the planet! MOVE OUT!" |

Dreickonis blown his servant's head off! Then, he teleported back on his ship... |
