| And now, a tribute to Canada. Oh, Canada. I love that place. I've visited it twice, never regretted either trip. I've always said Toronto was like New York City except cleaner. The whole place is clean air, fresh forests, and great people. Actually, I went to Montreal a few months ago on a trip for the school band. Stayed at a nice hotel, but I was wondering why exactly our school booked a hotel for us that just happened to be literally right next to the red light district. Our bus travelled down it, and one of my friends pointed out that there seemed to be a rather large concentration of racy enterprises next to our hotel. It was quite an adventure. But man, Montreal at night, what a view, especially from up above. The entire city was alight with brilliant displays of electric amazement. Spotlights, streetlights, entire buildings glowed in the darkness, and I got to see it all. I'll definitely go back someday. |
