What have you got in your background now, Ranko? Is that Meiji Shrine?

If you live in Nerima-ku, you could meet this Ranko I know since she works at Tokyo University. Unfortunately she only wears her nametag when at official events!

Perhaps I can combine all topics at once by mentioning that the naffest name I've ever seen on a Taco Bell worker would have to be B'Shawn. I can just see his parents compromising -- "Well, honey, I like names that start with B, and you like 'Shawn', so..."

Yep, that would be the path leading to the shrine itself.

Was it you or someone else that had Ueno Park in their BG?

I dunno how I managed to catch that!

Maybe I should put in Kiyomizudera or Ryoanji or something in my background... if I could be bothered to make a layout to begin with!

Taco bell... wtf?

I love tacos, but I never have been at Taco bell. And I would never work in a fast food resturant...

I like fast food, but I rather prefer tacos cooked at home or Pizza.

The Piza Hut here closed it's resturant huts a few years back (I'm on Long Island, you'll find some buisiness news on it), including the one right near me. Now they came back and joined forces with Taco Bell and KFC. It's a trifectionate.

Taco bell is awesome, because the soft taco is awesome.

Taco bell serves soft tacos which are awesome, so taco bell is awesome. Sadly though, there are only about 2 where I live.

Try forcing japanse encoding it Hyperhacker, it will show up then...

I remember that IE was little screwy when it did come to Japanse encoding, on Acmlm board. It did show some things as japanse symbols. Which dosen't make sense. I hadn't seen it doing that for 6 months thought.

I work at a Hagaan Daz which Im not sure qualifies as fast food but what ever. Personally I hate it, you have to be standing up walking back and forth making "special" ice cream for stupid tourists. Today made up my decision, i went to work at 4:00PM and they told me they didnt need me to work today so I had to go back home. Its not as simple as that though, I had to wait 2 hours in the rain for my parents to come pick me up. After I get paid on Friday Im quitting.

Im applying to every Game Stop in Chicago, one of them HAS to hire me.

Yeah, I wouldn't mind a job at the EB up here...

For some reason a lot of girls work there. OK then.

Sion - That would count. Basically if you're behind a counter/register and have to do a lot of orders in a short amount of time, it's fast food.

I heard that places like EB and KB Toys, usually hire more females because it gets more males into their store.

This holds true at a local KB store. I know someone who worked there.

good looking female workers in a mall will get anyone into the store from what i've seen same is true in Japan if I'm not mistaken, if you a greeting by a good looking female who works outside the store she works for, you will go into the store (if you are a tourist probably) just because of that fact... kinda sad to see women sorta degraded by that...

And one of my friends just got hired at EBGames... she's gonna see if they're still hiring. Hey, it's income.

drjay's right. It's all a part of PepsiCo.

Yeah, they were good looking. Not voluptuous or anything of the sort but certainly not hags either. The key, I'd imagine, is to find someone who works there AND knows her stuff.

When I used to work at GameStop, there were two girls that worked there (one part-time, one seasonal), and neither of them knew anything about video games.
