I don't even think Jesper USES the dialup there.  Basically it's his way to get away from it all along with his family.And besides, if you're in broadband-happy Sweden, why the HELL would you want to use dialup?  |

| Dial up is pay per minute here, infact dial up is more expensive that broadband here. My internet bill was around 60-80 $ during my dial-up phase. Dial-up is expensive, and is becoming rare. Heck I joined this forum becuse of broadband, if I didn't get broadband back then I probably still would have been lurking. Yes, Dial-up is more expensive. Use it for one hour per day and it's more expensive... |

I'm leaving for my dad's tomorrow (June 29th). They have crappy dialup and a slow computer and you're only allowed to use it for an hour a day (7 kids and 2 adults in total, and it's expensive  ). I'll make an actual thread about this too. |

| Now that I think about it, what's the big deal? OMG IM UZING DIALUR>;.p If I made a thread every time I used dialup, this forum would be full. It's not a big fucking deal. How about I go to the library, sign on one of those 1337-speed comps, then just before I leave make a thread like this? Oh well. Now if you were losing it ENTIRELY, then, yes, that might be something to post about, but just leaving for a week [er, having it for a week] is nothing. Blerh. |
