Yet you can get low-fat milk.  Although I can't handle anything less than 2% myself. 1% is... gak. It's like drinking funky water. |

| See...that...I wouldn't be able to get. I've drank skim milk plenty of times...but there's nothing in it really. I'd rather just drink water...it's not like I'm a big cereal eater either...or a big breakfast eater in that right (I may eat it six times a year if that; I'm not kidding). And I haven't broken any bones either...I just figure that other things would balance it out...and they usually do since there are milk-containing products out there...and it's not like I don't eat cheese on a sandwich...heck...sometimes I just eat it plain [shrugs]. |

No, it was 1%.  Skim milk is just as bad... gah. I guess it's like drinking water mixed with calcium.And if you need that, why not get some pills and mix them with water? |
