| Not on Zophar, I don't. In fact, the only ones I put on there were for GW:ED, Killer Instinct, and Yuu Yuu Hakusho: Final. But...I might make one or two and UL them soon...might be something to do when I get back home...maybe get some demos to put in this thread out of boredom while waiting for this to get started. |

Seems like I can catch up to the first place. Or at least close.  The activity have slighter made the board activier, just not that much.  But then, weekends hadn't been known for their activity. |

| Well, if you want foreign politics, it'd be interesting to hear y'all's opinion on the new, much debated, law that came into effect in Norway as of June 1st. We are the second nation in the world, after Ireland, to ban smoking in restaurants and bars. The smokers of the nation, are, understandably, quite enangered, while the non-smokers are joyful that they can have a night out without stinking of smoke. The government hopes this will help people quit smoking, but the main reason for doing this is that waitors and bartenders are entitled to a smoke-free work environment. I don't really know what to think about this law. I acknowledge that it is a good attempt at making the nation more smoke-free, but I will miss sitting with a beer-glass in one hand and a cigarette in another. I kinda like that, you know. |

I think that law is a very good idea. I hope it comes to Sweden  But I also think there should be 'smoke bars' where people who want to smoke and drink can go Hmm, does anyone know where you can get charts or something comparing parties from different countries in how much left / right they are? | I think there is a smoke ban in Sweden. At least there is a smoke ban in resturants and bars under the way. Infact there have been alot of anti-smoking campaigns in Sweden. | WTF? How did I get a point on here? Apparently I was in 10th place for one day. Sounds typical of my type of spreeing. I have this thing that if I have the last post in a particular forum I don't want to post in any of the other threads until someone else posts. So I'll end up with like 12 forums having me posted last at around 5 in the morning. The acmlm board dream for me is to have all of the forums with me being the last poster and then I can take a screen shot of it. Not likely to happen unless you discount the trash and displaycase threads. | |||

| Well I was referring to AOL 1.0 as in, the time period.. the internet was new to the major public, you know. Now it shouldn't happen with AOL or anything. It has nothing to do with the program. MoN, I do that too. XD I always feel good when it's filled up with pink Yoshi Dude everywhere.. although my goal is not to fill up all the forums.. | AOL 3.0 alone was a piece of shit. I can't imagine how bad the earlier versions were. I think my old mac had a version 2.7 or something and it really sucked. Then they figured out that AOLers were too dense to care about numbers to the right of the decimal point and just used whole numbers for each subsequent release. Hence they can do practically nothing and still release a new "version" now and then. | |||

| I will now take a moment to say that Mitt Romney(Governor of Massachusetts, US)'s plan of giving the state tax cuts as son as the state starts getting money again, even though the state has had to suffer huge cuts in pretty much every area of government, is moronic. And a few towns around here have banned smoking in resturants and bars, but I'm not sure if Hingham has.. I dont think so, though. Personally, I think that they should just say that if a resturant allows smoking, it should be required to have a nonsmoking section. |
