Ever since I downloaded blocktool, I can't use it because I don't know how. Can someone teach me or give me a FAQ to read?

Load a ROM.
Add a new block.
Choose what block to add in the window that appears.
Where you are supposed to enter a number, enter the number of the MAP16 tile you want to add the block to. NOTE: Lunar Magic shows the number in HEX, but Block Tool only supports DEC, so you have to convert it. (If you are using windows, then you could use the built in calculator)
Save.

Yes, there is one you can download. It's included in the blocktool ZIP file and it's called README.TXT ... You really should learn to read those before asking questions, along with Help files..
