This is strange! Every time I load the game in VBA, it shows a black and white screen saying "ERROR Flash hardware could not be detected. Saving is disabled."
Like the message says, it doesn't save at all. There's no glitches while it's being played though. Any solution?

It saves just fine on VBA for me. Make sure you're updated to the most recent version... And make sure Save Type is set to Automatic.

I'll add real quick that it's because you need to have it set as Flash 64K. If you have it as something different or even Flash 128K (Like you would need for say Pokemon R/S) it won't work.

I figured out something with VBA - if you can set anything to automatic, do so. Usually results in stable gameplay.

Hiryuu: Good to know whenever I get around to R/S.
