E-mails aren't made for handling big files at all. Besides, attachments over 5 MB (heck I maybe even should say over 1 MB) should be rather uploaded on a site instead of being send over mail. And it took years before I used even 10 MB on another e-mail service, i'm not afraid of hitting the 1 GB cap, heck I probably wouldn't hit 100 Mb. |

I've never hit 6MB (currently using 2%, about 122K). I have had cases where I had to find a different means of sending a file because it was too big, but AIM works fine for that.

I wish that I could send large files. If I try to send over 10 MB, it will stop me from sending it.

My office (this is in Japan) gives everybody 200 MB, but 90% of the staff are stupid goofs who don't notice that when they reply and then counter-reply to an earlier message with all previous contents intact, they're sendig the same attachments over and over and over. A single flurry of messages, all containing a 2 MB PowerPoint file, ended up taking 25 MB per person. And we're expected to save all of them!

Whoa. Yahoo just improved their basic service by giving out 100MB of space and allowing sent messages of 10MB. There seems to be a new trend of giving out large amounts of e-mail space... http://www.aventuremail.com briefly handed out some 2GB accounts (10,000 I think). However, they seem to be down now.

You are currently using 18 MB (2%) of your 1000 MB. Heh, and it's mostly big stuff that I will delete anyway. Edit: You are currently using 5 MB (1%) of your 1000 MB. Heh, I save that last thing...
