I seem to be. It's got a few signs of proof. Some of my relatives actually earned a little money, so I got a hard drive and some computer games. Also, one of the most beautiful (and hottest) girls around is likely to marry me in the next few years. I've been able to run PC games with a better framerate because of the faster CPU. Doing that required new memory and a motherboard.

Post your luck! If a previously boring or depressing life is on the way up, I'd like to hear it.

I live a really up-and-down life. Nearly every school day, it goes from good, to bad. I won $80 in bets through the school year, so I guess I'd consider myself lucky.

My luck sucks.

But then I get a small burst of luck, but that doesn't hlep much. Makes up for less than 10% of the bad crap.

Lucky me, eh?

Hmm....went to the casino and lost about $40 and then got $27 of it back.

I wasn't there to spend a lot of money anyway....course, I did have three drinks.

Well...

Considering I walked 5 miles to Safeway to buy Concert tickets... I get there, buy my ticket to Demon Hunter, find out that they don't have the Anal Blast tickets there and tell me to check Ticketmaster. I go to ticketmaster and they tell me that the only anal blast concert in there data base is in Seattle and they probably fucked up on their website. So i was a little pissed.

Than it rains. More like pours. So I had to walk 5 miles home in the rain. I get home to find my mom not home, all the doors locked, all the windows locked, and i had to sit outside soaked for like 10 minutes before i just got pissed off and kicked the side door in.

So no. I'm not having a lucky day.

Over all though, my luck has been fair lately... Today though... my luck went to the shitter.

I'm not homeless, I'm not completely lonely, I have a car, I'm not poor, and I have friends and family that care about me.

Yep. I'm lucky.

My life's average suckiness is simple: High in the morning, low in the afternoon. (I am NOT a morning person, and the news my mom absolutely must watch has uber-annoying music.) In the afternoon, though, once I'm awake somewhat, it's generally alright. During the holidays, it's usually great, unless I'm with my dad, then it ranges from hell to alright, depending on the situation and how many of those damn brat kids are around. Throw in a few random instances of everything from Kill Me Already to WOOHOO and that pretty much covers it.

we make a very decent living, and shit's been going decent for now...I wouldn't call it luck, just being fortunate. Fortunate that we've been able to maintain upper middle class, frtunate that our house kicks ass with the revamped kitchen and me/my sister's bedrooms done over, forutnate that we get everything our hearts desire for the most part...luck has nothing to diwth it, my dad busts his ass at work every day to get us what we got. He didnt get where he is (vp/project manager of a cronstruction buisnes) just by luck, but by hard work.

I am very lucky. I can flip a coin and make it land on tails everytime without using a little coin trick. I can have a 1% chance and get it on my first try. I rarely have bad luck.

I seem to only have luck on card games. I have gotten many Royal Flushes when playing poker, and I tend to never lose at many complicated games, especially Speed.

...I'm in good health. I have friends. I don't have many big concerns.

So I guess in that sense, I'm lucky. Even though we all have our patches of bad luck here and there. It always turns around.

I seem to have a bit of luck with those cheap scratch tickets... I've won most that I've picked up in the last little while, and made 10 off of one I bought today.

I'd say on the whole I'm a bit lucky, but nothing really noticable.

Well, I would say that I'm fortunate to have parents who care for my well-being academically, provide me the necessities (shelter, food, and clothes) to succeed.

As for luck in personal life, I believe I have better odds in getting struck by lightning than finding someone

Hmm...an extremely broad question.

While I kinda figure you're trying to border on the coincidental happening such as winning the lottery...there could be a lot of ways you could answer this. Let's just put it to you this way...some person in a third world country is probably not too familiar with what a computer is...let alone what reading and writing is. That's a different kind of luck...I guess maybe this is the luck of being born into what you have now.

Kinda weird...no matter what kind of life you lead...you're always going to have problems...so automatically if a lot of things go bad in a long period of time, people sometimes call it bad luck, or if a string of good things happen it's called good luck. So many different ways you could take this.

I guess I'm in good fortune to know who I know now; whether friend or foe, what I am as a person now; whether it's a negative or positive aspect (everyone has both), the things I've figured out in my life up to now and what I've somehow accomplished...even if the odds were not in my favor or if I was in 'bad luck'...the feeling that I can express myself anyway I choose...I call that luck as well.

I dunno...I'm off on a tangent now...but...it is pretty deep of a subject too if it's not for getting wealth and the like...though not many people could tell you that they wouldn't want a large chunk of money slapped in their face only so they could have it after the slap...that, again, is luck.
