Sorry to be a pain in the ass. I got a few problems and was wondering if anyone could help.

1: On the overworld, I've placed Mario ontop of a yellow stage (no Yoshi House). The sprite is doing it's normal movement but it's acting like he's not sitting on the stage. There's no level name up the top and when I push 'B', it takes me to level 000 which is the bonus stage.

2: Yoshi Coins don't overlap tiles.

3: I have no idea on how to make the next level open up on the overworld. I've flicked through the 'help' and I've fiddled around with alot of those green paths. But still couldn't figure it out.

Thanks alot for your help and sorry again.

I think some of those graphics can't be placed over other graphics cause it will pretty much block out theother tile. I noticed that when I put coins on some of the walk thru dirt.

All tiles do that. It's more noticeable with Yoshi Coins because of so much transparent area around them. All you can do is put them on another layer, or make big square ones that replace their tiles with whatever should be below them when touched.

For the overworld problem simply select the event they appear on to be the event from the level before them, they'll appear.

For the sprite problem, move Mario's start sprite one or two "clicks" above where you want him to appear. Apparently, the ROM saves his position lower than you place it...

Whew! Okay!

I'm getting close to halfway of my first world, pretty pleased with my overworld.

Newest Problem: (Lol) Hmm... Well, I'm trying to make good events on the world map, and I've just made a level with 2 exits. I've done the normal exit properly, but when I go through my secret exit, it plays the event from the original that goes from YOSHI'S ISLAND 3, to YOSHI'S ISLAND 4 (the first water stage). I walk left, but the correct event doesn't play and the next stage's yellow spot doesn't appear.

Okay, now, the reason I think I stuffed up is because in the 'Modify Level Settings' menu, it says "Notes: You can only set one event to pass per level number. Using a secret exit activates the above event number+1"

I was using event #2 for the stage, so I thought it meant I have to use event #3 for the secret area. Was I wrong?

No, you were right, most likely you handled the graphics for the event out of order or just improperly.
