| Well, its finally over, and Tampa has gotten the job done, near the top of the league the whole season, and not even phased through the first few rounds of the playoffs, What are your thoughts on this great run?, I think its a well deserved win by them, but I still would have loved to see Calgary win it. | |||

| Yep, just a few minutes ago ... And I'd say both teams really deserved to win ... Tampa Bay was just too good through the whole season, while Calgary had to beat the top 3 West and got really, really, close to win the cup 2 days ago (they only needed one more goal, and almost had it, more than once) ... so close that it feels like Tampa Bay stole the cup from them ... But the last 5-10 minutes was the best part tonight, with Calgary trying really hard to score ... but that was too late  |

| Yeah, after Clagary got that goal, they were just on fire! (excuse the pun) But, Calgary couldn't pull it off. Tampa was just playing too good of defense earlier on (only 7 shots for Calgary going into the third). A great effort though, and Tampa deserves the cup just as much as Calgary. Congratulations Tampa! |

| The last 10 minutes = best 10 minutes of the whole series. As soon as Calgary got that goal, they smelt blood. Just awesome, awesome play... They deserved better. Both teams deserved to win this cup. Just a great series... Wow. I loved it. ...Now, NO LOCKOUT. PLEASE. |

| Wow, I am very impressed my home province has such a great player on the Lightning team (Brad Richards of course). Seeing him win the MVP award was impressive, especially for a native of Prince Edward Island (my province), which is definitely a big first. Next thing on my mind, getting to see the Stanley Cup (I hope) on the day Brad brings it to the island. |

| Well, its just a game, so im not crying about this loss. Some of my friends are all messed up about it, some dont even watch hockey. It was a really good end of game. If Calgary would of put that kind of effort the whole period or the two last periods, they could of got it. Lacavalier's assist = amazing |

| Calgary put an effort into the last 10 minutes. As soon as they scored, they were in total control of the game. Tampa were a little fresher and had a little more momentum, and that ended up being the difference. |

| Calgary wouldn't have deserved to win that last game if they had.... as it has been mentioned.... they only really played hard for the last 10 minutes.... if they had played that hard for even the whole 3rd... or more of that game, then they would have deserved it and possibly even won.... yeah, would have been nice to see Calgary win... but Andreychuck did deserve to go out with the cup.... |

| Calgary probably played the best 10 minutes of EITHER team in the game though. And I still think they would have deserved it if they came back - heck, it would be another chapter in the Cinderella story. |
