And, when you're 18 in Sweden, you can only drink that 3.5% beer, right? You have to be 20 to drink "real" beer, no?

Svenska Flaggans Dag means The Day Of The Swedish Flag (yeah, dag means day). It's the National Holiday of Sweden, like July 4th in the US. From what I've heard, they don't really celebrate the day much in Sweden, but they get a day off from school or something, and all public buildings display a flag.
