| In a Pink Floyd forum that i post, i realised that a lot of people prefer Bush to John Kerry. One posted that ' i never believed in one word that man said' another said the he wouldn't be a nice president. I'd like to know if, since there are american people here (and they probably know more about Kerry then anyone) if he is that 'bad' guy I usually heard ppl talk about. Coz it seemed to me that Bush is going to be re-elected  |

| Personally I'm not really pro dem or pro republican. I find it kind of strange that PINK FLOYD fans would like Bush, since I happen to be one. Some of their music is meant to criticize conservative politicians of the 70s and early 80s. Margaret Thatcher and Mrs. Whitehouse, namely. I'm guessing its a bunch of know nothing rich kids who only listen to Dark Side of the Moon and think it's their best album (it's probably not). Anyways I don't think Bush will be reelected, and if he is I'd probably just leave this country. Every year he's in office I grow more contempt for my country. I don't need his demagoguery. Not that I like Kerry all that much either, but if that's what it takes so be it. I personally would have preferred John Edwards but he ran his campaign like an idiot most of the time. Came off as too much of an idealist and too much of a nice guy. Didn't take credit for himself like politicians are supposed to do. |

| Hey, you're looking at the ultimate Pink Floyd fan on the board right here and I say that it doesn't matter who you think should be president. Your music taste doesn't HAVE to reflect your political taste. Anyway, I think Bush pretty much has this election locked up. Unless something REALLY drastic happens sometime soon. This is the first election for me where I really don't want to vote for ANY of the candidates. I refuse to throw my vote away so that makes it an extra tough choice for me. Haha, charade you are. | Not that music taste has to reflect your political taste. But when I think Pink Floyd fan I don't think Bush supporter. It... just doesn't seem to mesh very well. Ha Ha Charade you are You could have at least said it was from "Pigs" off of "Animals" and not left people guessing. :p |

| Well, when it comes to me, I don't let music, tv, movies, or celebrities influence what my beliefs and values are. I obtain them on my own terms. Maybe that's just me though. I mean, I love Radiohead but I'm not like them at all. |
