Hello Everyone.

First: This Tournament is in no means in conquer to the TA-Tournament on the very same board.
'cause it's a little different.

So, what is the Complete Nintendo Puzzle Collection Tournament.
It consists of playing the Endless or Similar Modes of the following games:
Tetris DX (GBC)
Yoshi's Cookie
Dr. Mario
Panel de Pon / Tetris Attack

Then submit the individual Score and the Total Score.

For those in Switzerland

You can use all from Nintendo released versions of all the Games except Tetris DX (Use Tetris DX).
Or correctly:

Yoshi's Cookie (NES, GB, SNES, GCN)
Dr. Mario (NES, GB, SNES, N64, GCN)
Panel de Pon / TA (SNES, GB, GCN) not Pok

Well, nice idea, but simply taking a screenshot off a loaded ROM is not a proof, since everything can be faked easily. Either I suggest to take a ZSNES movie (although they could get incredibly huge after a longer game or have the tendency to mess up sometimes ) instead or *sigh* to limit it on real carts only .. excluding lots of people here that way :/
Other than that, nice idea ... although a personal meeting like in your image, Imoto, cannot be made here of course

Yeah, thats why I woulnd't be so picky on the scrose, I just hope on fair players, but if it comes out that a Player cheats / lies or something, delete.

Wouldn't it be better to use one version of each of the games? I could see problems arising if one version was just a *LITTLE* easier than another.

Tetris DX had "Marathon", not A-TYPE.

Needless to say in 3 minutes I almost bested her Tetris DX score. Ultra gives you 3 minutes; when I can find BGB and emulate it again [lost my cart ;-;] I'll really kick ass. ahaha..

You know what's going to suck by the tournament? ZSNES has released a rerecording video version not long ago. So, if some of the competitors use that, then things are going to be much harder to determine which was done by skill and which was done by the assistance of savestates and rerecording.

My I top that?

'cause the scorse showed above I all did in one sitting.

I once reached over 1 Million Points (1131 Lines), but I lost the Game, so it doesn't really count.

Now I have a record of 317'250 Points in Tetris DX.

They shouldn't use cheats like that though.

If someone checks in with an impossible score, then we know they're lying. And anyways, wouldn't it take a long time to keep rerecording until you maxed out your score? Not worth the effort.

True, it would take a while for one to keep rerecording, but... it's possible. I guess that the judges of all this will just have to keep a good eye out.

Does the re-recording feature specific in a certain WIP version of ZSNES?

If that's the case...we're all using 1.36 NON-WIP anyways...unless it's an actual seperate tool from ZSNES.

Even then...you should just have both people record if you're worried about it...and if things go down in a way that neither can cooperate and tell the truth...well...both would have to be DQ'd.

That 11 min SMB3 movie was made in that way. The Author told people that he made it in that way.

I hope there is a way to determina if a movie have been recorded in that way...

Okay...who in that list is going to even have the potential or want to do that?

I mean...even if Ace joined and got pissy one day and say...lost to me or something...the chances of it happening are really not there.
