| OK.... 1) Music that starts up automatically is a minus 2) Most of your hacks up there either just change Mario images to a Mario with elf ears and a yellow suit, or they just text hack and make it "M-rated" as you put it. Submit that stuff to i-mockery, cause I'm sure they'd be more interested in that than most of us. 3) Though it doesn't look too promising, sometime this week I'll check out your two SMB hacks that I actually bothered looking at the pics of. 4) All those links in Navigation, should be under "links"... add other stuff too, please. Maybe reviews from others of your hacks, reviews of other people's hacks or something, I dunno. It's just lacking. EDIT: 5) Freewebs sucks. (edited by Kefka on 05-29-04 09:58 PM) |

| Automatic music that plays on a website = bad. I haven't went to the site yet, but having been on the internet for 6 or so years, I know good and well to stray away from sites that even think about having music playing on them, :/ | |||

| he shouldn't have to. I myself have Winamp open 99% of the time I'm on the computer, with something playing. so to have some other music pop up without my consent = bad. it reeks of "I just found out how to do this. see? see?" as for the site design, it looks nice at first glance, but:
most of the above being just nitpicky, but it doesn't look as n00bish as some sites do. (but do kill the music) as for the hacks, they look like j. random hacks, which you seem to concede they are. the nemo hack, though, you said that someone should be "mature" to download it. there is a difference between "mature" and "immature". a mature person is likely not interested in an immature hack. anyhow, it's not as bad a site as some are. Mature hacks? Those aren't fun at all  I mean, seriously, who gets a thrill seeing Mario say "omfg u sexy luigi!" or something. Or worse yet, Mario naked They aren't even the slightest bit interesting.The music makes me hate your site. The colors are a tad bright, but somewhat tolerable. |

| Well, lesee... -Get rid of that header in your layout, or put it on a new line with a different font/colour/size. -Auto-music = teh bad. -The site reeks of n00b, especially with the random GIFs. -Flashing BG in the ROM hack page. AAAAAHHHHHH!!!!!! IT'S BURNING MY EYES! -With the exception of the 3 SMB hacks and WC2K4, they all look pretty pointless. Yipee, he hacked swear words into the text. Ono, he changed the palette. -Freewebs sucks hard. The least you could do is make an attempt to kill the ad at the bottom. On the other hand the SMB hacks look nice. |
