I like watching fire, but I can't stand it being really close to me. Like, I can go right up to a campfire just fine, just when it's really close, like lighting a match. I hate that. I somehow think it might be related to the coupla times I walked into the hot end of a cigarette as a child, not to mention the wood stove I poked once or twice.
