| My cousin had surgery on his nail and he said it was a breeze. They just numb it and then they cut some skin to make room and then they just pull it out. The nail looks kinda nasty afterwards but itll feel much better. Ive just realize that I never take ALL of my ingrown toe nails out. Thats why they keep comin back. I got another one and its hurtin like a mutha flower! Im gonna go perform some ghetto surgery on myslef right now. Hopefully I wont cut off a toe. *pulls out a knife some tweasers some alcohol and a screw driver* |

| Been there...but that's a bit different from the one I had...it looks like it's either infected into inside of a specific point in the nail...or worse...it's all the way down at the cuticle. So that has to be twice as bad as the one I had where it was just a hangnail that got bashed by a 60 MPH fastball and just became really really infected. I'd get to a podiatrist on that...I don't really think there's a lot you can manually do to fix that...less you want to do a bit of self-surgery without the anethesia...which I've done on less things...but it'll hurt like hell. |

| Who that looks pretty bad. I have had an ingrown toenail before but i got it out way before that happened. It seems that everything happens to my right big toe. I have bruised tendons I have had ingrown toenails I have cut it with glass and I had a very heavy desk dropped on it. After the desk thing my entire toe nail fell of.
