| Actually, when you think of it, McDonalds is coming out on top. Not only will poeple stop bitching at them about being fat, and if they want the extra food, they have to dish out more mooney for an extra thing of fries. So really, smart busniess move by them. I see no reason why poeple need a supersize.... I never have more than a 10 peice chicken and small fries. I don't want to have heart problems at age 25 and it's best to eat healthy early. I lost 10 pounds of fat just by not eating beef(MCD!!!), only eating when I have deep hunger pains, and by only eating enough so that the pain is less. But lately I have stopped eating so healthy, I'm stuffing my slf with grains and chocolate...I feel so gulty.... |

| I read nutrition facts all the time.... but only out of curiosity. I pay no attention to what I eat, except that I avoid things that say "Atkins Friendly" just 'cause they bug the hell out of me. So anyway, I've almost completely abandoned fast food... not intentionally... I just almost never eat it anymore. Probably because compared to its slow counterpart, fast food ALWAYS tastes like shit. And that, my friends, is why one learns to cook. | |||
