Wow, Yiffy Kitten, you can edit my post. Any particular reason for removing my layout and the giant block of unflaming text? I'll be waiting . . .

I give examples of this shit and a small comment on what is wrong, compared to what most admins do and just say "roflomg ur dum", as evidenced in TG's post, where he just says "3 day ban, fuckface". That is flaming right there, but does anyone point it out to him? No.
