I already got offers for enlarging breasts  I don't pay any attention to spam. Luckily Mozilla Thunderbird has a really good junk system to filter out mails like these. Once you trained the client how to sort out unwanted mails, it works mostly alone and does its work very well  Paying attention to and discussing spam is just the aim the sender of these junk mails want; ignoring and deleting them might be the only way. | Well, usually it is easy to manipulate the sender's email address and data, so I doubt the sender used his real mail address; unless you know how to reveal it (if this is even possible). As for the content of the spam mail, yes, it's besides any ethic and moral issue. It's the same with pornography with children. I also would like, sorry, hacked off all cocks of those people who are spreading these things around the internet; as well as for the "vendors" of those images as the "customers" [...] I wonder why people didn't already did that before with this kind of propagande (probably already longer, but not in this way I ever have seen); using the current instable situation in Iraq for tnemselves and trying to convince people for their own way. | spam has gone down to new low...i receive so much, that I really don't take notice of spam anymore. I just scan the first 50 i get and then i delete everything else. however, if I noticed this spam message, then I would react the same way you did. there is only one person I would tolerate humilation for and that is of saddam hussein. after all, the stuff he did to people deserve this kind of thing to a certain extent. humilation of iraqi P.O.W.s i think is wrong since they are just following orders and deep down, they wouldn't do such a thing unless they were being ordered. on a side note, my spam count of ~2000/week obliterates anyones out there |

If they were innocent citizens I'd agree with Taryn that it's an absurd email, but I kinda agree with the damn thing. Although poorly stated, it contains truth which is a very strong argument. I know the woman they're talking did this with another woman who about lives in Wilkes-Barre, about 20 mins from here, and 5 from where I used to live. I wouldn't be the least bit surprised if that email originated from my area. People around here are pissed off that she's getting shit for this, while the Iraqi prisoners and troops who fought for Saddam are getting away with whatever they damn well please and then we're letting them go after we capture them without any prosecution. | hhallahh: I'm talking in defense of England and the other 3 soldiers involded with her whose names I don't remember, I'm not defending anyone else. These people were pissed, and rightly so, after the incident with Jessica Lynch, and they "abused" the Iraqi soldiers they captured that were responsible for the attack on Lynch's convoy. Whether or not there are other incidences which may or may not be justifiable, this incident, in my opinion, is. Now, beating an innocent man or soldier is completely different than beating one who rapes women, attacks "American Symptathizers" who are innocent Iraqi citizens, or kills our soldiers, especially if they do it with underhanded/sneaky tricks. I haven't heard that these are the same soldiers, and even so... war is war, and you're not supposed to eke out personal retribution against those who oppose you in battle. I mean, this logic can easily be applied in reverse to justify any atrocities the Iraqis commit against us. The American ideal isn't "might makes right", and that pandering to the lowest common denominator is justified... yet. It's funny, and I hate to play the race card, but you know that if the people being abused were white... if they looked like us... it would not be tolerated at all, period. It's really disgusting how this works. You hear about the faceless, sadistic abusers in Saddam's rape rooms... but when they're our rape rooms, it's just a small-town girl who got caught up with something bad.. wrong place, wrong time.
