He's talking about the how the Music changes slightly when you're riding on Yoshi. (the way it is in SMW without the SMB3/SMB1 Music) .
I don't know why he said the "Original" sfx music for Yoshi,... but before you start flaming (even a little, as you did), give it a little more thought first to make sure you're not just misunderstanding what he says (yes, his English isn't great, so it'll just take an extra few minutes to understand).

Anyway, I would also like to see something that show's some progress,... just because (just out of curiosity, my intention isn't to be an ass about it)
If you would like to do that, use SMB2 Songs (other than the Underground Music), because Bouche never used those Songs,... so you'd be more believable by the public.
