| Ok, for the speed of the intro screen: Go to $3A2C8. The current speed is $0F, and you can increase or decrease the value. Going more toward FF makes it slower, going more toward 00 makes it faster. As for graphics, get FFHackster and most of the graphics can be changed in that.
