| When you start up LM and load a rom, type "Chelsea" (and yea, it has to be a capital C), and then it should have some message and a new logo. Go to the ovw editor now, and then somewhere in file menu should be Chelsea's menu. And, viola, in there, you can edit the title screen! | |||
