When I played it, it froze when I tried to start a level and there were no sounds on the overworld. And I patched it to a clean ROM, too.  |

Well, all I can say to that is good luck. Lots of luck! If you ever need any help, you can ask me. I'll be expecting more from your next hack (maybe some actual levels). Hey, he may even turn out to be the William Hung of SMW Hacking... But really, I wasn't good at SMW Hacking at first either, just try to learn at your own pace. No one says you have to release a demo right away. Some advice: 1) Test your levels over and over again. Make sure they are not too hard. 2) Take your time making levels. Try to discover clever little things to put in your hack, such as hidden bonus rooms, hidden exits, etc. Don't rush through levels, the more time you take the better they will be. 3) Overall, just be creative. Even though no one seems to like this hack any more I put up some screenshots anyway. So you can go see them if you like. This is the best level in his hack:  Chris can I use this level in my hack? Will give you credit for it. |
