Here's a way to do it. Put all the table stuff before the sample text in the header, and put all the stuff after it in the footer.

Example 1:

Sample Text

Put Image Here.

Example 2: Using a Background Color:

Sample Text

Put Image Here.

Example 3: No Border

Sample Text

Put Image Here.

And there are some ideas.
