Again with the glitchy exits. That cant be helped when using Hyrule magic. They will all be fixed when they can be.

glitchy exits? well you need to work on containing the player on the overworld. I've been many places I shouldn't have been at all and experienced many problems.

yes they can be fixed already, even Seph3 says they can. (he says HM doesn't have that bug but...)

You just need to get dirty in hex.

I explained a ton of different areas where you can leave the overworld in an above post. Do you need screenshots?

Screenshots would be useful.

BTW, how far have you guys gotten? Anyone past the second dungeon yet?

haven't played it for a while, let's load it back up:

Um, I've got the power gloves. Was there a boss somewhere in the forest dungeon?

BTW, I always play with sound off because the music is often "off" and annoying.

And, am I blind, or does Snes9x actually not have the ability to take a screenshot?

Oh yeah, and the prophecy guy in Kakiro village tells me two things: one about the book of Mudora and the desert, and one about finding a line of something in the desert. Are those actually in your hack?

no, there is no desert in the hack, but there is a boss in the forest dungeon. And I dont think that snes9x has the ability to take screenshots either. Try Zsnes.

Thats the reason you need to use ZSNES. Plus its superior speeds and other options.

-NOTE: Some of the pics above are WRONG (000-004) because when I uploaded new images for a below post, I accidentally replaced the older ones and I'm too lazy to fix everything.

F12 works. Thanks

Okay, the bugs:

- go to that screen and press right against the trees, hold right again to get this:

- or, go here (same screen) and hold right:

- hold down to get this:

- go left, here, after coming out of the cave to the area south of the Zoras:

- and left again:

- to find lots of interesting stuff, like this:

- and this:

[/img]- and left one more screen to:

- and woo-hoo, you end up here:

- or, if you keep exploring, you can end up on screens like:

There's a little sampler, anyway.

... I was considering trying this game, but it seems this game is in for a major bugfix, fix those and I'll give it a shot, glitchy exits are enough to scare me away, but you could of at least done the maps for the levels. Okay, this is a lame post, but so are you, so bleh. Fix the bugs and I'll try it, I've been looking forwards to a Z3 hack for a long time.

Skiffles: this is a really cool hack. After the castle, everything is different and very interesting. The "glitches" that I just pointed out are only there if you actively seek them out, and the door glitches are minor, temporary graphical glitches that don't affect gameplay at all. I'd highly recommend playing.

And hey, how do you past images into a post, here? I hit the image button and all i get is an image tag. I want to put an image from my hard drive into the post. How do I?

Okay, I just finished the second dungeon. I'm done for tonight.

You don't, you read some shitty HTML doc and upload them somewhere then post them. Anyways, I don't do unfinished hacks. If this thign still has bugs, it's still unfinished =P Bugs are bugs which are just plain buggy and not to my liking, therefore, fix the buggy bugs and bug me to play it and I might do so then, but before you fix those bugs don't bug me to bother me about such a buggy hack, so there. Skiffles, if ur actually gonna turn this down cause of a couple of minor bugs, ur not very smart. These people are just trying to help make it better by pointing them out.

Im not going to go and fix bugs just for you. Have fun waiting the next 2 years for the next zelda hack that is sure to still have bugs in it.

Edit, ok, im gonna fix those areas that you pointed out, but I think that they total like 3 bugs. U just posted them each like 4 times... lol, anyways, u post a pic by going [img ] URL of image to display [/img ] (without the spaces in the [/im g]

And, how the hell did u get here?

That's one screen left of the graveyard. Just keep going left.

Okay, I'm gonna start playing again now, see if I can find where you hid third dungeon.

And, don't forget to fix what that fortune teller says - if he tells me about Mudora and the desert and there's no desert in your hack, that's not very cool.

I can't find any third dungeon - how do you get to those extra areas of the caves I cna see but not access?

Anyway, a few other notes:

- it looks like you should be able to go left here, but you can't:

- this feller is hilarious-looking! But it seems he has some glitches when moving about:

- and, if you go south, here:

- you end up here:

- (I'm stuck at the very top). Also, here:

- you can go halfway into the waterfall but not all the way. All other waterfalls you can't go halway into.

I admitadly have only played up to the second dungeon but whats there is relatively clean of bugs. Graphical glitches are just a matter of correcting the GFX sets you are using and what tiles u place down.

As for the dungeon maps. Theyre not the easiest things to edit. They take a far amount of time to create the graphics for new rooms in a paint program. Unless you create real standard and boring rooms that are identical to Zelda3s someone using Hyrule Magic is forced to create new map segments using Paint.

Lol, i got to check that guy out. Thx Lukeprog, uve been helpful, but most of ur bugs are because of other bugs. Once I fix a couple of bugs so that u cant leave the overworld, most of them will be solved. I also meant to put other text in for the fortune teller, but I forgot. Thx.

Edit: There is a third dungeon. I cant believe that you havent found it yet. Also, basically anything you can see, you can do, so, I dont know what caves ur talking about, but you can get to them.

Also, have you found death mountain yet?
