| Looks good... I like the title screen too. Can't you get rid of that big gray block there ? However, I think big Bowser looks *a little* awkward. Doesn't look bad, but not very much like Bowser. I'm fully aware you can't make him fatter, but something about his head or hair is kind of funny... If you want me to, I can try my luck at making a SMB1 playable Bowser. Just one frame though, I'm lazy. :p |

| I spent quite a bit of time trying to get rid of the grey box, but it was beyond my skill to get rid of it. I'm sure it's pretty easy to get rid of, I'm just inexperienced at hex editing. I never was completely satisfied with the big Bowser sprite, but it was the best I could do. He's a pretty complex character to try to render into a 16 x 32 space. By all means, give it a shot. | This hack rocks. i like how the enemies were drawn and the concrete blocks. The enemies behave like the original ones, i.e. they have the same movements?. I can't wait to play this . Uh, and the classic question. Does the patch work with the SMB with or without logo (or both)? |

| The enemies still move the same, but the new sprites move in ways that make sense. For instance, I always find it weird to see a Blooper flying through the air, so when I replaced it, I changed it into a Snifit with a jet pack on its back so that it would sort of make sense that it could move the same through sea and sky. I made the hack with the title screen version, but I tested it up to world 2 or so patched onto the no title screen version and it seemed to work fine. That Bowser sprite looks great, Stifu. I'm going to attempt to animate it and see if I can fit it into the game. I'll probably have to edit little Bowser a bit, too, if I'm going to change his palette. |

| I like it better... I think that it not only looks better but also more like Bowser... But I'm obviously biased... :p You did a good job at animating it... However (excuse my perfectionist mind ) I think there's something slightly wrong about his shell when he slides down the flag pole... I don't quite understand that vertical bright yellow line on it... (I had to pause the game to notice that, but it looks good in action)You don't have to change anything though, it's your hack, I just couldn't understand that part of the sprite in this frame. It doesn't look like a spike, and not the like the shell border either... Oooh wait, actually, looking at it again just now, it looks perfect when Bowser is facing the right side, but not when he faces the left side... Weird.  I can't really see why, but then again, I've never done an SMB1 hack. Also, going back to the old version of your hack, I feel like the character looks like Godzilla, some mutant lizard or whatever, but not Bowser... Oh, and I like the new "Fire Bowser" colors better too. More importantly, which one do you like better ? | Completely my fault, Googie. I fixed a few graphical errors and reuploaded it. Guess I screwed up making the new patch. Just redownload it and it should work this time. And yeah, I like your Bowser much better, too, Stifu. The line in question is just supposed to be the white rim around his shell:  His arm's usually blocking it from the side view. I don't really see any problem with it. |
