It's maybe a stupid question, but I can't figure it out...
In the SBE it's possible to change the name "Mario" into something different for example or you can use a different color or whatever. But how can I change the name "Luigi"? Is there a way to switch between both names so you can edit both of them?
I've already read the readme and the thread about the editor, but I can't find any information about this...

The Luigi text is one of the counters, which means that you can remove it or move it around. If playing as Luigi, the game will paste the LUIGI tiles from GFX28.bin where the Luigi counter is. The only way to change what the Luigi counter looks like is to edit the tiles in a tile editor. If you need to make the Luigi counter shorter, edit the byte at 11CE with a hex editor. (00 = 1 tile, 01 = 2 tiles, 02 = 3 tiles, 03 = 4 tiles, etc.)

I thought about that already, but I have some problems with that.
In the SBE and in LM's Overworld editor for the title screen/credits, everything looks right:

But if you want to open GFX28.bin in LM or in another Tile editor, it only looks like that:

Every second 8x8 tile is missing for whatever reason. I can see the "L" and the two "I"'s for Luigi, but where's the rest?

Switch to 2bpp Gameboy mode to see the graphics correctly.

Thanks a lot, that works fine!
But I already have another question. In the SBE you can also edit the palette for the "Mario"-Counter, is it possible to change the Palette for the Luigi-counter as well?

Both names use the same palette. Just change it in Lunar Magic (you can't miss it, it's red and green).

The Luigi counter uses the palette of the tiles it's placed over.
