I've been looking for a video editor that can do this rather simple stuff: It needs to be able to read .AVIs, be able to cut the AVIs and go into miliseconds of precision (up to 3 numbers after the dot) in that editing. Sounds simple, but I've been unable to find anything that can do this. Maybe I just suck at looking around. | |||

VirtualDub is the simplest tool you can use pretty much. It's also free. you can edit frame-by-frame (not milliseconds). Frame editing is how it's always done, and is the most accurate way of editing. There are plenty of tutorials on how to use it, too. Adobe Premier can also edit videos, and is a VERY powerful tool, but it's not free (legally). |
